Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Field Learning Manager to lead the learning and development strategy for all employees on site. You'll drive the execution of learning programs that enhance onboarding and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Job Description

Who you are

As a Field Learning Manager, you bring a wealth of experience in leading learning and development initiatives within operational environments. You have a proven track record of driving employee engagement and capability through effective training programs. Your ability to build strong partnerships across various functions is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of aligning learning strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring that all employees, both exempt and non-exempt, receive the support they need to excel in their roles.

You have experience in managing teams, particularly Learning Associate Managers and training teams, to identify and eliminate barriers that impact site performance. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to contribute to the development of effective learning solutions. You are adept at facilitating process observations and supporting root cause analysis, which are essential for enabling operational excellence.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to serve as the primary point of contact for Field Learning. You are committed to ensuring a positive stakeholder experience by fostering strong relationships with site partners, including Operations, Safety, FS&Q, HR, and OpEx. You thrive in environments where you can influence change and drive continuous improvement through training and development initiatives.

Desirable

While not mandatory, experience in the food supply chain or similar industries would be advantageous. Familiarity with compliance and training program oversight is also a plus, as it aligns with the responsibilities of overseeing site training programs and maintaining training records.

What you'll do

In your role as Field Learning Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the learning and development strategy for all employees on site. This includes driving the deployment and sustainment of network learning initiatives through standard practices and effective change management. You will partner closely with Fulfillment Center operations and cross-functional leaders to deliver learning solutions that enhance onboarding and on-the-job effectiveness.

You will oversee site training programs, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate training records. Your role will involve facilitating process observations and reinforcing standard work through training and leader capability development. By identifying and removing operational, capability, and training barriers, you will play a critical role in enhancing site performance and contributing to the overall success of the business.

You will also be responsible for building strong partnerships across operations and support functions, ensuring that the learning and development strategy aligns with operational and broader business objectives. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and foster a positive experience will be essential in driving the success of the Field Learning initiatives.
