You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that organizational goals are met efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, optimization, and implementation of processes that support the knowledge management program. You will collect and document business requirements, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals. Your role will involve building and managing project plans, documenting key decisions, and applying frameworks to guide project execution. You will analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Collaboration will be a significant part of your day-to-day activities, as you will work cross-functionally with various teams to solve business problems related to internal processes. You will report to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization, and participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
