In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing AI-powered learning content that meets the needs of Qualtrics' clients. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. Your work will involve creating a variety of learning materials, including videos, tutorials, and interactive modules, that facilitate the understanding of Experience Management principles. You will also analyze the effectiveness of the learning content and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the quality of the content you produce.
