What you'll do

As an SLP Specialist, you will support the growth of the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program by conducting thorough investigations into concessions requests raised by customers. You will work closely with various teams to identify abusive entities and provide on-ground intelligence to uncover abuse methods. Your day-to-day activities will involve planning and executing processes laid down by the organization, ensuring compliance with SLP guidelines. You will conduct risk assessments and process audits for designated sites to maintain network integrity. Your role is cross-functional, requiring you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve the best results for customers.
