Showpad is seeking an Account Manager, Commercial to drive growth and expansion within existing customer accounts. You'll be responsible for managing relationships and ensuring customer success. This role requires 1-4 years of experience in software sales.
You have 1 to 4 years of experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises — you've consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and expansion. You understand the importance of building and maintaining executive-level relationships within your book of business, ensuring that customers realize the full value of the Showpad platform. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to identify whitespace opportunities and develop account plans that align with customer needs.
You are adept at conducting Annual Business Reviews, ensuring mutual alignment between Showpad and customers on desired outcomes and success plans. You have a strong understanding of customer business models, including their key strategic initiatives, OKRs, and KPIs, and you are committed to supporting them adequately. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.
Experience in the commercial segment is a plus, as is familiarity with the Showpad platform or similar sales enablement tools. You are a proactive communicator, able to leverage the Showpad Partner network to drive greater value realization for customers. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances makes you a valuable asset to the sales team.
As an Account Manager at Showpad, you will play an essential role in the company's growth by driving expansion through new products, services, and business units. You will own the renewal process for your selected accounts, ensuring that customers continue to derive value from the Showpad platform.
