Earnin is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale their Cash Out product and drive innovation. You'll be responsible for product strategy and execution, working closely with the leadership team. This role requires significant experience in product management.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech space, where you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your background includes a strong understanding of user needs and market dynamics, allowing you to craft compelling product strategies that resonate with users. You excel at leveraging data to inform decisions and drive product improvements, ensuring that your products not only meet but exceed user expectations.
You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments. You have experience working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products to market effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can pivot quickly based on new insights or changing market conditions.
Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect complex problems and identify actionable solutions. Earnin provides a competitive salary range of $206,280 to $252,120, along with equity and benefits.
