What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Earnin, you will be at the forefront of scaling our Cash Out product. You will work closely with the General Manager to define the product roadmap and prioritize features that align with our mission of providing financial flexibility to our community members. Your role will involve conducting market research and user interviews to gather insights that inform product development and innovation.

You will lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of product development. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly features that enhance the Cash Out experience. You will advocate for user needs throughout the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with our users' expectations and delivers real value.

In addition to product development, you will play a vital role in go-to-market strategies, working with marketing teams to effectively communicate product benefits and drive user adoption.
