Who you are

You have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and at least 2 years of customer service experience in a food service environment, particularly with coffee and beverage services. You understand basic food and beverage safety principles and are familiar with food service equipment such as espresso machines and coffee brewers. Your ability to work in a team-oriented environment is essential, as you will support the mission of SpaceX by enhancing morale and productivity through excellent service.

Desirable

Having 3+ years of customer service-related experience in a food service environment that includes coffee and beverage services is preferred. You possess a sound understanding of customer service principles and are committed to maintaining a clean and safe workstation.

What you'll do

As a Barista at SpaceX, you will set up and maintain a clean and safe workstation while completing daily prep tasks. You will help the team meet time and quality standards set by your supervisor and ensure that all departmental tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained. Providing good customer service is a key responsibility, as you will interact with employees and guests, fulfilling their orders accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
