What you'll do

As an Associate Learning and Development Partner, you will play a key role in enabling employee readiness and organizational transformation. You will support a wide variation of training curriculum and content across all teams within the Operations Servicing vertical. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to identify training needs, developing learning experiences that align with business goals, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance. You will also be involved in assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.
