What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of WalkMe's solutions across SAP applications, working closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You will deploy in-app guidance that simplifies complex workflows for millions of end users, ensuring that they can execute their business processes more efficiently. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure that the solutions are technically sound and meet client expectations. You will also provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase, helping them to maximize the value of WalkMe's offerings. As you lead these projects, you will gather feedback and insights that will inform future enhancements to our solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
