You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations. Your background includes analyzing and translating data into actionable insights, and you excel at presenting results to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are familiar with financial processes such as budget tracking and vendor management, and you have a passion for supporting business needs with flexibility and resilience in a changing environment. Your excellent communication skills enable you to translate complex data into clear insights, fostering trust and collaboration within teams.
Experience in finance management, particularly with payroll and non-payroll workflows, is a plus. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at enabling quick onboarding and trust-building in new teams. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and communicate operational or financial updates clearly to stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
As a UX Program Manager at Google, you will drive projects within the UX organization by increasing communication and connection points, streamlining the UX design process, and fostering a culture of user-centered development. You will partner with pillar leads to execute on deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your role will involve identifying process inefficiencies in your rotation areas and proposing lightweight, scalable solutions.
