This role requires 4+ years of experience in management consulting or business operations.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations. Your background includes analyzing and translating data into actionable insights, and you excel at presenting results to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are familiar with financial processes such as budget tracking and vendor management, and you have a passion for supporting business needs with flexibility and resilience in a changing environment. Your excellent communication skills enable you to translate complex data into clear insights, fostering trust and collaboration within teams.

Desirable

Experience in finance management, particularly with payroll and non-payroll workflows, is a plus. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at enabling quick onboarding and trust-building in new teams. Your ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and communicate operational or financial updates clearly to stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

As a UX Program Manager at Google, you will drive projects within the UX organization by increasing communication and connection points, streamlining the UX design process, and fostering a culture of user-centered development. You will partner with pillar leads to execute on deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your role will involve identifying process inefficiencies in your rotation areas and proposing lightweight, scalable solutions. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, and Engineers to gather insights about user attitudes and behaviors, which will inspire and inform product development.

You will be responsible for analyzing data and delivering recommendations for improvements, presenting your findings to stakeholders across the organization. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping the UX strategy and operations, ensuring that the team remains focused on user needs. You will also help facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals.

At Google, you will be part of a vibrant and innovative culture that values user experience and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the future of technology and user interaction. Google offers competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds in our teams.
