SonicWall is seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance brand presence and audience engagement across social platforms. You'll develop and implement social media strategies and create compelling content. This role requires creativity and strategic thinking.
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in social media management. You have experience developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives to grow brand awareness and visibility. You are skilled in creating, scheduling, and publishing compelling content—including text, images, and video—that reflects the brand voice and values. You possess analytical skills to analyze social performance metrics and translate insights into optimized content, engagement, and ROI. You actively monitor social channels and conversations to maintain brand relevance and engage with the audience effectively.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a technology-focused environment is a plus. Familiarity with various social media platforms and tools for content creation and analytics will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with different teams to deliver measurable results that support business goals.
