Overview

Zuora is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead their Enterprise New Business Sales teams in the US. You'll drive sales execution and collaborate with various functions to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in enterprise environments, with at least 5 years of experience driving new business sales. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with cross-functional teams. You understand the nuances of the Subscription Economy and are passionate about helping businesses grow sustainably. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify market opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies. You are results-driven and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to success. You are an effective communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead one of two Enterprise New Business Sales teams in the US, focusing on the US West region. Your primary responsibility will be to support and drive your sales team to accurately identify, qualify, structure, and close opportunities. You will collaborate with Solution Consulting, Sales Development, Marketing, Partner Services, and Global Services to develop comprehensive strategies that align with the company's goals. You will be responsible for delivering strong, predictable quarterly sales execution, ensuring that your team meets its revenue and pipeline targets. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the challenges of the subscription-based business model, and you will be expected to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the sales organization.

What we offer

Zuora offers a competitive total rewards package, including a base pay range of $238,000 to $476,000 USD, which reflects the importance of this leadership role. In addition to base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and variable compensation based on performance.
