You will utilize value stream mapping to ensure end-to-end process optimization, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Your role will also involve factory and warehouse layout planning, where you will create conceptual and detailed layouts that align with targeted inventory levels. You will ensure that storage strategies are consistent across the supply chain, maximizing the desired part availability while minimizing waste.
