What you'll do

In this role, you will support the acquisition strategy by partnering with Marketing and Operations to design supplier recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives. You will develop onboarding frameworks, including playbooks and process guides, to streamline the onboarding experience for new suppliers. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring the success of acquisition and onboarding programs, gathering data, and reporting on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. You will work closely with Ops and Partner Success teams to maintain consistency and efficiency in onboarding processes, capturing feedback from both internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication and tools.
