You are a driven individual with a strong focus on new business acquisition and a passion for sales. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience in formulating and executing sales strategies that lead to revenue growth. Your ability to build effective relationships with clients, particularly CTOs and technical leaders, sets you apart. You are based in London and are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote work.
You understand the importance of feedback and collaboration in a sales environment. You are eager to learn from successful sales leaders and contribute to the ongoing development of MongoDB's sales culture. Your initiative and energy are key to your success in this role, as you proactively identify and close sales opportunities.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in software sales, is a plus. Familiarity with working alongside technical teams, such as Solution Architects and Professional Services, will enhance your ability to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction. A background in enterprise sales or account management will also be beneficial.
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within your assigned territory. You will strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users, building strong relationships that lead to growth opportunities. You will partner with Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
You will participate in sales enablement trainings, including a comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Your contributions will help shape MongoDB's sales strategy and culture, as you provide feedback and insights based on your experiences in the field. You will also collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes and drive revenue growth.
