What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing the Go/No-Go process that dictates the readiness of products for launch. You will work closely with product, engineering, and risk teams to establish a unified approach to release management. Your focus will be on accelerating positive outcomes while identifying and mitigating potential risks. You will lead efforts to automate processes that enhance launch efficiency and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the launch cycle.

You will serve as the primary point of accountability for launch readiness, ensuring that all necessary checks and balances are in place before a product goes live. This includes collaborating with review and release teams to establish criteria for launch readiness and ensuring that system stability and resilience are prioritized. You will also manage organizational data within internal tools, providing insights that empower teams to execute their plans effectively.

Your role will involve establishing strategic partnerships with various teams to evolve the Go/No-Go management process. You will facilitate discussions that drive alignment and ensure that all teams are working towards a common goal. You will also be responsible for enabling real-time visibility into project statuses, allowing teams to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
