In this role, you will understand the products and services offered by SmartBiz and articulate their features and benefits to target sellers. You will identify opportunities to innovate with customers and influence the product roadmap based on their needs. You will work closely with the SmartCommerce core team to deliver effective solutions that help sellers scale their independent online businesses. Your responsibilities will include gathering insights from sellers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the solutions provided meet the needs of small and medium D2C brands. You will also be involved in building relationships with sellers and providing them with the necessary support to succeed in the digital marketplace.
