What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Category Merchant Management team for Amazon Fresh in Japan, focusing on driving growth in the ultra-fast delivery grocery marketplace. You will own the P&L and business performance metrics for the JP merchant portfolio, ensuring that strategic planning and execution with merchant partners are aligned with Amazon's goals. Your leadership will be crucial in driving merchant adoption of new programs and capabilities, establishing strong partnerships that enhance Amazon's grocery offerings.

You will oversee end-to-end merchant business operations, including selection, pricing, and availability, ensuring that operational excellence is maintained. Your role will involve driving process improvements and automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
