Robinhood is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance in the evolving regulatory landscape for crypto-assets and payment services. You'll work closely with regulatory bodies and internal partners to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role is based in Luxembourg and requires in-person attendance.
You have a strong background in legal counsel, particularly in the financial services sector, with a focus on compliance and regulatory matters. You understand the complexities of navigating global regulations, especially in the context of crypto-assets and payment services. Your experience includes working with various jurisdictions, ensuring that legal frameworks support innovative business strategies. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including regulatory bodies and business stakeholders, to foster a culture of integrity and transparency. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal partners.
