Esri is seeking a Senior Federal Account Manager to drive technology modernization for federal civilian agencies, including NASA. You'll leverage skills in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data science to create impactful geospatial solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building and sales expertise.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the federal sector, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex accounts. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders is exceptional, and you understand the unique challenges faced by federal agencies. You are knowledgeable about geospatial science and how it can be applied to solve complex problems, and you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiencies and innovation.
You possess a strong understanding of modern enterprise system solutions, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, and you are adept at discussing these technologies with clients. Your experience includes developing location strategies that align with customer missions and priorities, and you are skilled at identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Experience with GIS technology is a plus, as is familiarity with the federal procurement process. You are comfortable presenting at trade shows and workshops, showcasing your expertise and the value of your solutions to potential clients. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies that drive results.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key federal clients, including NASA. You will prospect and develop new business opportunities while deepening existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve understanding the specific needs of federal agencies and aligning Esri's geospatial solutions with their missions. You will participate in industry events, presenting Esri's capabilities and innovations to potential clients and partners.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical experts and product managers, to ensure that the solutions you propose meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be essential as you engage with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be responsible for tracking market trends and competitor activities to inform your strategies and maintain Esri's competitive edge.
