Dandy is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive revenue and build sales infrastructure in the dental industry. You'll leverage your sales experience to close deals and work with a cross-functional team. This role requires 3+ years of sales experience, including a full sales cycle closing role.
You have 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a full sales cycle closing role. Your background ideally includes experience in a high-growth startup environment, where you've demonstrated your ability to drive revenue and build relationships. You are committed to continuous learning and are eager to become an expert in the dental industry and the Dandy value proposition. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience in the dental industry or a related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales tools and methodologies that enhance client engagement and acquisition. You are a proactive communicator, capable of articulating the value of Dandy's offerings to potential clients effectively.
In this role, you will qualify and close client leads through discovery calls, identifying and reaching out to dentists' offices to drive new client acquisition. You will be a key player in shaping the direction of the growing sales team, contributing to the overall strategy and execution of sales initiatives. Tracking your sales activity using Salesforce will be essential, as you strive to exceed sales goals and meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to align on strategies and ensure that your efforts contribute to the company's growth objectives.
