What you'll do

As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will embark on a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn everything necessary to succeed in digital sales, from understanding client needs to presenting solutions effectively. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales through a consultative approach. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to be between $90,000 and $100,000 in your first year and $100,000 to $120,000 in your second year. You will also enjoy a mix of remote work and in-field client visits, providing you with autonomy and variety in your daily tasks.
