Job Description


Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a visionary Sr Manager, Digital Marketing for International to lead impactful movie release campaigns that bridge traditional theatrical marketing with innovative digital strategies, all while maintaining Amazon's high standards of excellence.

The Sr International Digital Marketing Manager, Theatrical for Amazon MGM Studios will architect and execute large-scale and targeted international digital marketing campaigns for our ambitious slate of theatrical releases in collaboration with global markets. As a key member of the International Marketing team, this role requires collaborating closely with US, international, and in territory teams on marketing efforts for concurrent releases, and pivoting quickly in response to audience reception. You'll oversee budgets that leverage both traditional theatrical and digital channels to maximize impact, and regularly meet with and report learnings to both your US and International team members.

Key job responsibilities
• Working with the International Marketing Team, develop and lead theatrical marketing campaigns that delight customers and drive box office success for Amazon MGM Studios' films.
• Implement tactics to drive rapid experimentation through data-driven campaign optimization.
• Inform and originate digital assets and activations for specific, international deployment.
• Inform and oversee international creator strategy.
• Driving organic social engagement for theatrical titles.
• Work with global platforms to optimize digital debuts for multiple international territories
• Build digital marketing budget allocations and optimize spending across creative executions.
• Build and maintain relationships with global agency, creator, and key industry partners internationally.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with colleagues both in the US and in multiple int’l territory teams.- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with multiple, simultaneous stakeholders with strong deadlines- Track record of launching successful theatrical releases globally and in the international markets
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with overlapping launch dates and priorities
- Strong understanding of both traditional theatrical marketing and digital platforms
- Bachelor's degree or industry-equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
