You'll leverage your skills in C# and DevOps to manage incidents and deliver high-quality software solutions. This role requires significant experience in systems support and incident management.
You have extensive experience as a Systems Support Engineer, particularly with C# programming, and you understand the intricacies of complex application systems. Your expertise in incident management processes and tools allows you to effectively monitor application performance and take corrective actions when necessary. You are familiar with various logging techniques and can utilize them for alerting and identifying the root cause of incidents. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus, as is a background in continuous delivery methodologies. You have a knack for mentoring less experienced peers, sharing your technical knowledge, and guiding them through complex challenges. Your ability to adapt to new technologies and apply the latest thinking from industry standards will be invaluable in this role.
