As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, you are essential to the smooth operation of Amazon's facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of equipment, ensuring that all machinery operates safely and efficiently. What you'll do

In your role as an RME Technician, you will perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of site equipment. You will respond to reactive repairs and conduct fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly to minimize disruption. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include using the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and uphold all health and safety policies and practices. You will also support the development and progression of on-site apprentices, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across a range of EU sites to enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to respond promptly to machinery issues will be crucial, as you will be based on-site to address any breakdowns and implement long-term improvements.
