What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a Cloud Solution Architect, focusing on AI Business solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they maximize the value of Microsoft’s AI capabilities. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing solutions that leverage Microsoft Exchange, both on-premise and online, to meet customer needs. You will collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and help shape future product offerings. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers and ensure successful adoption of AI-enhanced workplace experiences. Your role will also involve monitoring customer success metrics and proactively addressing any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
