What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Amazon, you will lead the development of next-generation software products that enhance security and minimize operational disruptions. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. Your role will involve conducting user research, gathering feedback, and analyzing data to inform product decisions.

You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that products align with the mission of Worldwide Operations Security. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, driving initiatives that reduce shrink losses and enhance security measures.

In this role, you will also mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product strategy of the WWOS Tech team. You will engage with external partners and vendors to explore new technologies and solutions that can be integrated into Amazon's security framework. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial in driving alignment and support for your initiatives.
