Overview

Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for LATAM Financial Services to drive the adoption of AI in financial institutions across Latin America. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise to secure strategic deals and propel revenue growth. This role requires experience in the financial services sector.

Who you are

You have a strong background in consultative sales within the financial services sector, ideally with experience working with banks, insurance companies, and financial research institutions. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory environments in Latin America sets you apart, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this market. You are a strategic thinker who can design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the needs of diverse financial institutions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build trust and rapport with key decision-makers across the region. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions and market positioning. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth.

Desirable

Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in financial technology. A network of contacts within the LATAM financial services sector would be advantageous, enabling you to leverage existing relationships to accelerate sales cycles. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to stay informed about advancements in AI and how they can benefit financial institutions.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Account Executive at Anthropic, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of frontier AI technologies within the LATAM financial services sector. You will own the full sales cycle in your territory, from initial outreach to closing deals. Your role will involve identifying key decision-makers within financial institutions and understanding their specific needs and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with the Go-To-Market, Product, and Marketing teams to continuously refine our sales methodology and value proposition, ensuring it resonates with financial stakeholders. You will design and execute innovative sales strategies that align with the unique characteristics of the LATAM market, helping institutions embed and deploy AI solutions effectively. Your success will be measured by your ability to win new business and contribute to revenue growth for Anthropic.
