Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams, which has equipped you with a deep understanding of the technical landscape. Your 5+ years of technical product or program management experience means you are adept at managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. You have a proven track record of managing complex data creation for AI models for at least 3 years, showcasing your ability to handle intricate data requirements. Your project management skills are well-honed, with 5+ years of experience in disciplines including scope, schedule, and budget management. You thrive in environments where you can build and execute plans to fulfill customer data needs across diverse domains and novel data formats. Your ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable changes is a key strength that you bring to the table.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact and account owner for key science customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. You will build and execute plans that address both mid-term and long-term data requirements, working across various fulfillment channels. Your role will involve finding opportunities to multiply innovation across different data workstreams, leading advances in science and complex data representations. You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, elbow-to-elbow with scientists and Language Engineers, as well as partner product teams. Your expertise will guide the team in delivering meaningful change for customer models, ensuring that you delight customers with your technical advisory. You will also be responsible for overseeing customer accounts and workstreams, driving business value through effective partnership building.
