CI&T is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable specifications, focusing on user experience and application development. This role requires at least three years of IT experience and familiarity with web-based applications.
You are a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with at least three years of applicable IT experience working on large application initiatives. You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field. Your excellent communication skills, both written and oral, enable you to engage in business-level discussions as well as technical discussions with peers. You have experience with web-based application development teams and familiarity with agile environments is a plus. You are proficient in diagnosing application issues by reviewing log files and have familiarity with Splunk or similar APM tools. You have a working knowledge of RESTful API concepts, including experience with OpenAPI and Postman, and are proficient in handling JSON files while understanding database concepts.
Experience in cloud environments or with AI-driven solutions would be a nice addition to your skill set. You embrace collaboration, innovation, and transformation, and are eager to contribute to shaping the future of technology at CI&T.

Your role will involve analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, as well as documenting requirements and specifications for technical teams. You will also participate in project planning and management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will be responsible for facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
