Xometry is seeking an Account Executive III to manage and convert inbound inquiries from customers. You'll develop an understanding of customer needs and demonstrate the value of Xometry's solutions. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a focus on achieving sales goals.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing inbound inquiries and converting them into successful business relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering staff and procurement teams to align with customer objectives. Your achievement-oriented mindset drives you to exceed annual sales goals, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of the manufacturing industry. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present solutions effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders. You are adaptable and can think outside the box to find innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Xometry's solutions to Fortune 500 customers, focusing on understanding their needs for prototype parts and production requirements. You will spend a significant amount of time learning about Xometry's business and how to align it with the strategic objectives of your customers. You will initiate and build relationships with various stakeholders, including engineering staff and program management, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you set up sales calls and presentations for company executives and engineers with prospective clients. Your role will involve not only selling but also educating customers on the value of Xometry's offerings, ensuring they see the benefits of partnering with us.
