What you'll do

In this role, you will plan and lead cross-functional testing across complex AppleCare projects, ensuring that all testing activities are executed with the highest quality. You will be responsible for the preparation, resourcing, and management of testing activities, collaborating with various business and technical groups. Your role will involve reporting progress on user acceptance testing activities and issues to both the project team and management, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be tasked with resolving issues that arise during testing, utilizing your analytical skills to drive solutions and improvements.
