What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead the Ads Data Science team at Reddit, driving the strategic application of advanced quantitative methods across the advertising platform. You will be responsible for defining the next generation of data science solutions that optimize the Ads marketplace, ensuring that the advertiser experience is enhanced through data-driven insights.

You will collaborate closely with Analytics Engineering to continuously improve the underlying data systems, enabling advanced analysis and modeling at scale.
