You have a strong background in human resources, with at least 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, ideally within technology or corporate environments. You understand the nuances of partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and culture. Your experience includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, and you are adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate the impact of HR initiatives. You are comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment and can adapt to the varying needs of your team and organization.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company is a plus. Familiarity with talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management systems will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You may also have a background in change management or organizational development, which will be beneficial as you help lead GoDaddy through its evolving workplace strategies.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Technology and Corporate Functions leadership teams to shape the culture and effectiveness of GoDaddy. You will provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders, helping them navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities. You will lead initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, ensuring that HR practices align with business objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners in Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to create a cohesive employee experience. Your role will involve analyzing HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will be a key player in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting GoDaddy's values and mission throughout the organization.
GoDaddy offers a competitive salary range for this position, with a targeted base pay of $169,500 - $254,500, depending on your qualifications and experience. We provide a flexible work environment, allowing you to work remotely while also having the option to engage with your team in person for meetings and events.
