Moveworks is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive sales of their AI Assistant platform. You'll engage with clients to showcase how AI can transform business operations. This role requires strong sales experience and a passion for innovative technology.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in solution sales, ideally within the technology sector, and understand the nuances of selling AI-driven solutions. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives. You are adept at identifying customer needs and articulating how Moveworks' platform can address those challenges effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback is integrated into the sales strategy. Your strong communication skills allow you to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner, making you a trusted advisor to your clients.

You are results-oriented and driven by targets, consistently seeking to exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships and are committed to providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and methodologies. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track customer interactions, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Moveworks' AI Assistant platform to a diverse range of clients. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our technology can streamline their operations and enhance productivity. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be key in converting leads into long-term partnerships.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience, leveraging your insights into customer behavior and market trends.
