Flex is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships Strategy & Operations to drive user adoption and growth across partnership verticals. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in strategy and operations.
You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships strategy and operations, ideally within the FinTech sector. You are a highly analytical problem solver who excels in blending user conversion funnel strategy with experimentation and cross-functional mobilization. Your ability to develop insights and systems that accelerate user adoption is key to your success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with various stakeholders to drive growth.
Experience in developing partnership playbooks and translating learnings into new vertical partnerships is a plus. Familiarity with the FinTech landscape and a passion for improving user experiences will set you apart. You are results-driven and have a track record of achieving measurable outcomes in previous roles.
In this role, you will own the strategy and operations for partnerships at Flex, focusing on accelerating user adoption and growth. You will develop and implement systems that enhance partner enablement and drive user engagement. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will create a best-in-class partnership playbook that outlines strategies for success across various verticals. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing existing partnerships.
You will lead cross-functional teams to mobilize resources effectively and ensure alignment on partnership goals. Your insights will inform decision-making and help shape the future of Flex's partnership strategy. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
