What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution strategy for material handling system implementations, partnering with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will manage projects from initiation through commissioning and handover, utilizing Amazon's comprehensive Project Lifecycle Framework. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, as well as coordinating resources and managing budgets. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

You will serve as the single-threaded leader between engineering teams and operations, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project outcomes. Your role will involve regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress. You will help establish best practices and processes that enable the One Material Handling System to scale effectively across Amazon's network.
