You'll leverage your technical expertise in languages like Python and Java to drive customer success and support complex enterprise software sales cycles.
You have ideally 12+ years of related experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 7 years in pre-sales, navigating complex enterprise software sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Your experience includes at least 3 years with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and SQL, as well as popular programming languages like C++, Java, and C#. You have a strong background in designing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to work closely with customers to review complex architecture and provide tailored solutions is a key strength.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, and developers. Your passion for technology and customer success drives you to ensure that solutions align with customer needs. You are a trusted advisor to a diverse range of users, from startups to large enterprise IT organizations, and you excel at solving business problems through innovative solutions.
