As a Supervisor on the Drive Support Team, you will oversee a group of specialists dedicated to providing live order support for our Drive Merchants. You will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds quality and speed metrics. Your role will involve coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing best practices in customer support. You will collaborate closely with the Merchant Support Manager to identify areas for operational enhancement and drive initiatives that improve the overall merchant experience. You will also be responsible for scheduling and ensuring adequate coverage during your team's shifts, which run from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Your leadership will be crucial in creating an environment where team members feel empowered to solve problems and deliver exceptional service.
