Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and domain experts, to drive innovation and improve product offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Alexa+ AI Agent team, focusing on the development and optimization of the LLM prompt and orchestration system. You will drive the technical strategy, ensuring that your team builds scalable solutions that enhance the conversational flow and context management of Alexa+. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing best practices and technical standards that guide the team's work.

You will collaborate closely with conversation bar raisers and Alexa domain teams to ensure that the solutions developed meet high-quality standards and align with customer needs. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, and encouraging the adoption of emerging AI technologies.

You will also be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality solutions that improve the user experience of Alexa+. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering impactful results.
