What you'll do

You will lead the development of tools that simplify communication creation and management — your focus will be on reducing time-to-live for outreach campaigns, empowering teams to iterate quickly while maintaining compliance and quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the product align with user needs and business goals.

You will leverage Machine Learning to create systems that understand borrower context — your work will involve predicting the most effective engagement strategies and continuously learning from interactions to enhance outcomes.
