What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining features for the Varicent Incentives platform, a single-page web application. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and data scientists to create modern, scalable features that enhance user experiences. Your work will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues that arise during development and after deployment. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall architecture of the application, ensuring it remains scalable and efficient as user demands grow. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
