HubSpot is seeking a Senior Account Executive to engage with small to medium-sized businesses and drive growth through proactive selling strategies. This role requires fluency in English and French, along with experience in complex selling environments.
You have 4-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating a strong track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You have experience in a complex selling environment and have successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives, showcasing your ability to manage relationships with high-level stakeholders.
Your knowledge of digital transformation and change management positions you as a trusted advisor and business consultant to your customers. You are goal-oriented and have a proven accuracy in forecasting, which is essential for managing your monthly and annual pipeline. You are trained and/or certified in standardized sales methodologies, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in this role.
As a Senior Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. You will find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads, engaging directly with small to medium-sized businesses to help them grow. Your role will involve running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, ensuring that you understand their needs and can tailor your approach accordingly.
You will close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence, leveraging your skills to sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced. You will also run online and occasionally in-person product demonstrations, showcasing the value of the HubSpot platform to potential clients.
