Mobile Engineer

Who you are

You are an experienced mobile engineer with a strong background in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications. You have expertise in both iOS and Android platforms, particularly using React Native, and are well-versed in mobile app best practices and coding standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to align on requirements and deliver effective solutions. You are passionate about mentoring and leveling up your teammates, providing guidance and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. You understand the importance of balancing velocity and reliability in frontend deployment pipelines, and you are eager to contribute to the transformation of the logistics industry.

Desirable

Experience with additional mobile frameworks or technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and tools that enhance team collaboration. You may also have a keen interest in the logistics sector and its impact on the economy and environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mobile applications that meet the needs of truck drivers and the logistics industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to peers, ensuring that the team adheres to high coding standards and best practices. You will also be tasked with mentoring junior engineers, helping them grow their skills and confidence in mobile development. As you work on deployment pipelines, you will focus on optimizing processes to enhance both speed and reliability, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company’s mission.
