Desirable

Experience in a technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with securities law and public company reporting. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee and provide legal advice for domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, guiding the company through due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation processes. You will work closely with corporate development and other teams to facilitate a coordinated approach to transactions, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing agreements, preparing stakeholder presentation materials, and managing relationships with outside counsel.

You will represent the Legal Department on post-closing integration matters, ensuring that all aspects of the transaction are executed smoothly. Additionally, you will support public company reporting by drafting and reviewing necessary filings, such as Forms 10-K. Your role will require you to develop standardized processes and documents that promote scalability and efficiency across M&A and other strategic transactions.
