Saronic is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth to lead strategic initiatives with the Department of War, focusing on building customer partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of OUSW(R&E) processes and experience in government or military contexts.
You have a strong background in growth management, particularly within government sectors, with at least 5 years of experience leading initiatives that drive strategic growth. Your expertise includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, particularly within the Department of War, and you understand the intricacies of the OUSW(R&E) authorities and processes. You are adept at navigating the complexities of government contracting and have a proven track record of successfully capturing new business opportunities. Your experience as a government civilian, active-duty servicemember, or contractor in the OUSW(R&E) organization is highly valued, and you are familiar with the PPBE process and the Warfighting Acquisition System.
You possess a deep understanding of prototyping and experimentation within the defense sector, and your ability to shape customer requirements proactively sets you apart. You are skilled in implementing winning internal business processes that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and close growth opportunities effectively, ensuring that Saronic expands its footprint in the maritime autonomy space.
In this role, you will lead the growth strategy for Saronic Technologies, focusing on the Department of War and its various stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving them through the sales cycle to award. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer partnerships, ensuring that Saronic's solutions align with the needs of the DoW. You will implement strategic approaches to deepen relationships with key stakeholders, proactively shaping customer requirements to align with Saronic's offerings. You will also oversee the development of internal processes that support growth initiatives, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned to capture new opportunities in the defense sector.
