You have extensive experience in internal audit, ideally within the fintech sector, and possess a strategic mindset that allows you to lead and elevate audit activities effectively. Your leadership skills are complemented by a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management, enabling you to guide your team in safeguarding the organization. You are adept at fostering team development and ensuring high-quality audit execution, with a focus on continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with other audit teams to coordinate joint audits and ensure a holistic approach to internal controls. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to prepare and present clear, concise audit reports that convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
