Overview

Google is seeking a Chrome Consumer Support Specialist to manage Chrome launches and enhance user experiences. You'll leverage your technical project management skills to advocate for users and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role. Your background includes managing projects or programs, and you have a strong understanding of operations management, focusing on process improvement and optimizing workflows. You are adept at building relationships with cross-functional teams and have a keen interest in advocating for users within a product ecosystem.

Desirable

A master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science is preferred. Additionally, having experience in a client-facing role and a solid grasp of data-informed decision-making will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Chrome Consumer Support Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all Chrome launches, ensuring seamless rollouts and minimizing support issues. You will lead efforts to gather user feedback and insights from post-launch reporting, which will help in continuous product enhancement. Your role will involve maintaining an in-depth understanding of product features and functionality to provide effective support. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product support and launch management, ensuring that you can advocate effectively for users.

You will collaborate closely with product partners to propose fixes and features that elevate user engagement with Google's product ecosystem. Your insights will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and launching new features that impact billions of users worldwide. You will also be responsible for driving data-informed decisions and experimentation that enhance the overall user experience with Chrome.
