Mirakl is seeking a Senior Account Manager to expand their retail media business. You'll engage advertisers and help them leverage Mirakl Ads solutions for growth. This role requires strong business development skills and strategic advisory capabilities.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management and business development, ideally within the eCommerce or retail media sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of engaging advertisers and maximizing their return on investment. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and implement growth strategies effectively, ensuring that both advertiser adoption and ad spend are maximized. You are data-driven, using insights to guide your decisions and support your clients in achieving their objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You are passionate about the platform economy and are eager to contribute to the success of Mirakl's innovative solutions.

Desirable

Experience in digital marketing or advertising would be a plus, as would familiarity with marketplace dynamics. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to derive insights and inform your strategies. A background in managing relationships with high-profile clients will set you apart, as will your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Mirakl, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail media business. You will be responsible for acquiring and engaging advertisers, supporting them in leveraging Mirakl Ads solutions to achieve their growth objectives. You will define and implement a growth strategy with Mirakl marketplace operators, including target setting, value propositions, and action plans. Your role will involve developing and executing business development initiatives, utilizing both one-on-one interactions and broader marketing strategies to drive advertiser engagement. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients, providing feedback and insights to enhance our offerings. Your success will be measured by the growth of advertiser adoption and the effectiveness of their campaigns, making your contributions critical to the overall success of Mirakl.
