Overview

Xometry is seeking an Account Executive III to manage and convert inbound inquiries from customers. You'll focus on building relationships with Fortune 500 clients and aligning their needs with Xometry's manufacturing solutions. This role requires strong collaboration and strategic planning skills.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing inbound inquiries and converting them into successful business relationships. With a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, you can effectively communicate the value of Xometry's solutions to potential clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineering staff and program management to align with customer objectives. Your achievement-oriented mindset drives you to exceed sales goals, and you are comfortable navigating a fast-paced and evolving landscape.

Desirable

Experience in the manufacturing sector or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with supply chain dynamics. You are adept at strategic planning and can develop roadmaps for enterprise accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed client expectations. Your ability to initiate and build relationships with various stakeholders, including executive management, will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Xometry's solutions to Fortune 500 customers, focusing on their prototype and production needs. You will spend a significant amount of time learning about our business and understanding how to align our offerings with the strategic objectives of our customers. You will initiate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering staff and procurement teams, to ensure a seamless sales process. Your responsibilities will include setting up sales calls and presentations for company executives and engineers with prospective clients, showcasing the value of our services and solutions.

You will also engage in strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts, ensuring that you are meeting the unique needs of each client. Your role will require you to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine our offerings and enhance our market position.
